Children Bible Program

La Inmaculada Credit Union Ltd. believes in contributing to the welfare of our members at both the economic and social level. It is also of utmost importance to us to nurture our young members to develop academically and morally. The La Inmaculada Parish embarked on a new project that caters especially to the needs of the children of the parish. The staff of the credit union, along with others, did not hesitate to offer their time to assist in this worthwhile venture that will offer a sound foundation for our young.

The Children’s Bible Study Program is held every Sunday between the hours of 9:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m. The first lesson was delivered on October 2, 2005 and the recorded attendance was of 81 young parishioners who thoroughly enjoyed their introduction to this new service being offered at the La Inmaculada Parish. The attendance has been growing for the past year and we are happy to see that the children are gaining so much knowledge of the teachings of the church since this program began. The lessons are delivered in a bright and cheerful classroom with the aid of colorful visual aids that bring the stories to life. The second part of the lesson is an art and craft section that reinforces the lesson of the morning and provides a time to have fun while learning at the same time.

Parishioners are invited to attend or visit the lessons so that they may witness first hand how the children are learning and how much fun they are having whilst learning. Since this project is one that is permanent, continuous funding is required and any one who is interested in assisting this project can do so by contacting us at our office at # 5 Park Street, Mrs. Eufemia Gutierrez or Reverend Leo Palma at the rectory during normal working hours.
